Currently Hospitalized in Guadalajara, Mexico
Brallan is a 14 year old boy who sustained spine injury from stray bullet in Tijuana leaving him paralyzed.
He was transferred later on to The Civil Hospital of Guadalajara, where he’s currently undergoing physical therapy.
